1. Digital Marketing Staff

    Job descriptions
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns follow Advertising Digital Marketing trends.
- Manage and maintain the school websites and fan-page on Facebook and other social network.
- Use online marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, SEO / SEM, etc.) to update the results; make reports and effectively analyze the contents of implementation.
- Have knowledge about multimedia.
- Write and edit content on the website and social network to optimize website ranking (sometime).
- Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
- Edit and post videos, podcasts to online sites
- Support event when needed and others.
    

Job requirements
- Good written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese
- Good office computer skills
- Holder of Bachelor’s Degree

2. Graphic Designer     

Job descriptions
- Creating design contents in various media types such as designing flyers, brochures, press releases, programs descriptions, advertisement copies and other client engaging materials…as requested by Marketing Manager and Marketing team leaders in a timely manner.
- Working closely with other marketing executives and content creators in the content creation process. It’s required to be submitted for review by designated supervisor before publishing.
- Taking part in other client engagement programs as a marketing representative from SaigonTech to collect materials including stories, photos and videos for content creation.
- Being under supervision of and reporting to Marketing Manager.
    

Job requirements
- Good written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese
- Good office computer skills
- Holder of Bachelor’s Degree

 

3. PR/Content Marketing     

Job descriptions
- Creating, developing and implementing strategic communication plans to advance SaigonTech brand identity and broaden awareness of its values and priorities.
- Developing, maintaining database of media contacts and dealing with them.
- Actively engaging, cultivating, and managing press relationships to ensure coverage surrounding SaigonTech programs, special events, public announcements, other marketing activities and projects.
- Contributing to create content of marketing materials where appropriate to support the role of PR (press releases/website/facebook/POSM, etc.) in collaboration with content writer and designer.
- Achieving frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media as planned.
- Taking responsibility for daily activities of communications function including budgeting and planning, working with the team, etc.

4. Education consultant     

Job descriptions
- Advising school programs for parents, students, potential students.
- Participate in the enrollment planning process.
- Directly responsible for implementation of enrollment plan at school, assigned area.
- Achieve the assigned targets.
- Coordinate the implementation of the general enrollment. Interact, support colleagues

5. IT Instructor (Full time)

Job requirements
- Degree: Master of Science or PhD in Information Technology, Computer Science
- English: use English as communication and teaching language.
- Experience:
•    For IT Engineer: at least 3 years of experience, good at teaching skills
•    For IT Instructor: participated in IT projects more than 1 year
